　“MSの説明によると不正アクセスによるアカウント乗っ取りが発生したことをMS側が認める一方、アカウントのセキュリティ設定が変更されるとこれをMS側が変更、復元することは出来ない為アカウントを永久に停止した、買ったコンテンツは補償しないしOneDriveのデータにもアクセス出来なくなるから新しいアカウント作って買い直してね♪”

　といった具合になります。

25 fucking years of data, thousands of euros spended on games?? My son’s baby pictures? GONE!

All because MICROSOFT couldn’t bring back a compromised account??

　“「ソニーがDL専売になったらデータを勝手に削除する！！」ってFUDしてた事をMSが先行してやってたの草だよね”

　上記投稿にぶら下がってる返信を見ると、MSは他の人にも同じ対応をしていて訴えられたりもしている…
　せめて不正アクセスによってMS側の都合でアカウントを削除したのであれば、それまで購入したコンテンツの補償くらいはすべき所なのではないでしょうか。

　他社もアカウント乗っ取りに対する対応はあまり良くない部分もあると話題に上る事がありますけど、MSは過去のXbox Liveハッキング騒動の頃から改善されていないどころかむしろ悪化していて凄い。
